The project began with a 360-degree Cloud Audit that extended far beyond billing analysis. We conducted a deep-dive into the platform’s real-world behavior to identify resource leakage and inefficiencies. This allowed us not only to eliminate waste but also to proactively address critical security vulnerabilities, ensuring every digital asset met rigorous integrity and protection standards.

We guided v through a conscious architectural transition, moving away from overly expensive microservices models toward a more robust and streamlined infrastructure. By replacing theoretical auto-scaling with a system based on dedicated instances and high-end managed databases, we achieved unprecedented cost stability and long-term budget predictability.

Our intervention included Geographic Performance Fine-Tuning: we reorganized traffic distribution between US and European nodes to drastically reduce latency and optimized data storage protocols. The result is a solid ecosystem where technology once again serves as a foundation for global expansion.
